Brooklyn Beckham appeared to further align himself with his in-laws as he took to Instagram to share a heartfelt birthday message for Nelson Peltz, father of his wife, actress Nicola Peltz.
On Tuesday, June 24, the 26-year-old model and aspiring chef posted a photo of himself with Nicola and Nelson, writing: “Happy Birthday, Nelson. We love you.” His gesture did not go unnoticed, especially given its timing.
Nicola also posted her own emotional tribute, sharing a throwback photo of herself as a child being held by her father. “Happy birthday to my king!! I’m so lucky to call you my dad,” she wrote. “You’re the most loving and supportive dad I could ever dream of! I love you so much!! I hope all your wishes come true!!”
The posts come just weeks after Brooklyn noticeably missed his own father David Beckham’s milestone 50th birthday in May, reportedly due to ongoing tensions within the Beckham family.
Despite efforts from David and Victoria Beckham to rebuild their relationship with Brooklyn, sources say he has remained distant, largely due to past disagreements involving his younger brother Romeo and Romeo’s now ex-girlfriend Kim Turnbull.
While the couple—Romeo and Kim—are no longer together, insiders suggest the strain between Brooklyn and his family has yet to ease.
