Oman has announced fully funded undergraduate scholarships for Pakistani students under the Omani Scholarship Program 2025–26, inviting applications through Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission (HEC).
The scholarships cover bachelor’s degrees in engineering, humanities, information technology, and sciences (excluding medicine) at select universities in Oman. The initiative aims to strengthen educational and cultural ties between the two countries while providing talented Pakistani students with world-class learning opportunities.

Monthly stipend of OMR 200 (without housing) or OMR 140 (with housing)
One round-trip air ticket per year
