The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has introduced a new digital service, “Nusuk Umrah”, making it easier for foreign Muslims to obtain an Umrah visa without relying on agents or intermediaries.
Through this platform, pilgrims can directly apply for their visas and manage the entire journey—from booking flights and accommodation to arranging transport and tours—all in one place.
Officials said the platform is designed to provide a seamless experience, while still offering the option of using traditional licensed travel agents for those who prefer. Pilgrims can choose from complete packages or select individual services according to their needs.
The service, available in seven languages, is linked to official government networks to speed up visa processing and other related services. Multiple global payment methods have also been integrated to facilitate international users.
Apart from visas, pilgrims can also book hotels, transportation, and guided tours directly via the official website umrah.nusuk.sa. The platform also lists approved travel agents for those facing difficulties with the app.
Saudi authorities emphasized that “Nusuk Umrah” is part of the Vision 2030 program, aimed at improving the quality of Hajj and Umrah services while enabling more Muslims to visit the Kingdom.
