KARACHI: The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) will participate in Texworld – Apparel Sourcing – Leatherworld Paris 2025, Europe’s largest and most comprehensive sourcing exhibition for textiles, garments, and leather products. The event serves as a major international platform, connecting manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, designers, and stylists across the global textile and fashion supply chain.
TDAP’s participation is aimed at enhancing Pakistan’s footprint in the European market and increasing international buyer engagement. To support this objective, TDAP is offering substantially subsidized exhibition space to Pakistani exporters. Fabric, denim, and leather exhibitors can book stalls at a subsidized rate of PKR 1,671,000, compared to the actual cost of PKR 2,489,648. Apparel and garment exporters will pay PKR 1,202,000, as opposed to the full cost of approximately PKR 2,197,915.
A wide range of exportable Pakistani products will be on display, including cotton and blends, denim, eco-friendly fabrics, embroidery and lace, functional and sportswear, jacquard, knitted fabrics, linen and hemp, shirting, silk, wool, trims and accessories, as well as ready-made garments such as T-shirts, swimwear, sweaters, bottoms, outerwear, dresses, tailoring, workwear, socks, scarves, and leather goods.
The previous edition of Texworld, held in July 2024, featured over 2,400 exhibitors from 32 countries and attracted more than 13,500 trade visitors from key markets including France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, the United States, and Brazil. Pakistani companies that participated under TDAP’s pavilion last year included A & J Apparel, Al Quresh Fabrics, Best Pro Inc., Ijaz Apparel, Kicker Sports, Liberty Mills, Radatex, SAH Enterprises, Samad Rubber Works, and Widezone International.
TDAP’s continued engagement with Texworld is part of its broader strategy to promote Pakistani exports through international exposure, market access facilitation, and targeted support for small and medium-sized enterprises in the textile and leather sectors.
