Undefeated and unstoppable: Pakistan’s girls clinch Asian Youth Netball Championship 2025

Pakistan’s young netball stars made history in South Korea, going unbeaten to win the Asian Youth Girls Netball Championship 2025 with style, heart, and unstoppable energy.

The final in Jeonju saw Pakistan dominate Maldives with an impressive 60-35 victory, capping off a flawless tournament where they didn’t lose a single match. Earlier, they had crushed Japan 64-39 in the semifinals, showing incredible consistency and teamwork.

Standout performances came from rising stars like Leya Raza Shah, Alisha Naveed, and Sumayya Kouser, who led the charge with confidence and skill, becoming the pride of the nation.

The championship brought together 11 talented teams from across Asia, but it was Pakistan who stole the spotlight—proving not just their strength on the court, but also how far girls’ sports have come in the country.

Officials Mudassir Arian, Sameen Malik, and Muhammad Riaz were full of praise for the team, celebrating their unity, discipline, and relentless spirit. “This victory is more than a trophy,” one official said. “It’s a statement. It’s inspiration for every young girl in Pakistan with a dream.”

This win is not only a sporting milestone—it’s a symbol of growing opportunities for young girls in Pakistan and a reminder of what’s possible when talent meets support.
