ISLAMABAD – The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has released its latest Quality of Service (QoS) report for the first quarter of 2025, offering a detailed look into upload speeds across Pakistan’s major mobile networks. After tests conducted in 15 cities nationwide, Jazz and Zong have clearly outperformed Ufone and Telenor, cementing their positions as the top choices for users prioritizing fast uploads.
🚀 Jazz leads in automated upload testing
Using PTA’s Auto Mode Testing — which replicates general user data consumption — Jazz came out on top in 10 out of 15 cities, thanks to consistently high upload speeds. Standout results for Jazz included:

Hub: 24.55 Mbps
-
Chamkani: 24.08 Mbps
-
Hala: 24.04 Mbps
