This digital portal, designed by NAB Islamabad/Rawalpindi’s team, will allow buyers, sellers, and investors to verify plots online before making any real estate transactions.

Having all this data in one secure, centralized system will make it harder for fraudsters to sell fake or disputed plots.
The online database will store and update property records nationwide, helping to stop forgery, illegal transfers, and scams that have long plagued Pakistan’s real estate market.
NAB says this initiative will build trust and transparency, ensuring people’s hard-earned money is protected when buying or investing in property.
The system is expected to be officially launched soon by the NAB Chairman.
