ISLAMABAD – The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has announced a four-hour electricity shutdown for several areas of Islamabad and Rawalpindi on Wednesday due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.
The planned power suspension will affect multiple localities across Islamabad, Rawalpindi Cantt, and the Rawalpindi City operation circle.
IESCO has advised residents to plan accordingly and stay updated through its official X (Twitter) account for detailed area-wise schedules.
Such scheduled maintenance, according to IESCO, is essential to ensure a more stable and reliable power supply in the future.
