The Pakistan men’s national cricket team is scheduled to travel to Bangladesh next month for a three-match T20 International series, the Bangladesh Cricket Board officially confirmed on June 25.
The series will be held in Dhaka, with all three matches taking place at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium. The fixtures are set for July 20 (Sunday), July 22 (Tuesday), and July 24 (Thursday), with each match beginning at 6:00 PM local time.
Pakistan is expected to arrive in Dhaka on July 16. The upcoming tour presents an opportunity for the team to rebound following a disappointing performance in their last bilateral outing, where Bangladesh defeated them.
Conversely, Bangladesh will be looking to make amends after being whitewashed 3–0 by Pakistan during their recent T20I tour of Lahore earlier this year.
This tour marks a significant milestone for newly appointed white-ball head coach Mike Hesson, who will be overseeing his first international series on foreign soil. Hesson, who has emphasized his focus on youth development, may use this series as a testing ground for emerging talent ahead of the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 in India and Sri Lanka.
Both teams will see the series as a critical tune-up as they shape their squads and strategies for the global tournament.
