The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has made it easier for citizens to challenge incorrect e-challans without visiting traffic offices.
Now, anyone who believes they’ve been wrongly fined can email their complaint to etclhr@psca.gop.pk, attaching:
✅ A clear photo of the e-challan
✅ The vehicle’s registration number
✅ A brief explanation of the issue
The PSCA team will verify the complaint, and if found valid, the e-challan will be cancelled.
For further assistance, citizens can also email info@psca.gop.pk or call (+92)-42-9905-1605(08).
Officials say the initiative aims to save time, reduce hassle, and improve public convenience for motorists across Punjab.
