Karachi — To celebrate Pakistan’s 78th Independence Day, aik — the country’s first Islamic digital banking platform by BankIslami — has launched the “Azadi Cashback” campaign, rewarding customers with 14% cashback on all debit card and QR code transactions made through the aik mobile app.
The offer runs from August 13 to August 22, with users eligible to earn up to PKR 3,000 in cashback during the promotional period. Rewards will be credited directly to customers’ aik accounts. According to the company, the cashback is being offered as a discretionary gift to mark the historic occasion.
aik’s management says the campaign is part of its broader vision to promote Riba-free financial services while encouraging the adoption of secure digital payments nationwide. By combining convenience, transparency, and Shariah compliance, the platform aims to empower customers to move toward a cashless and ethically aligned financial lifestyle.
